Founder
Chris Burch
Founder and Principal Consultant
Chris Burch brings more than 35 years of insurance-industry experience, including agency ownership and management, personal and commercial insurance, life and health insurance, underwriting exposure, claims experience, staff management, client communication, and insurance operations.
That experience is the basis for ISPG's work. Engagements are accepted only where the questions fall within that experience, and every report states its scope, method, and limitations plainly.
