Insurance and Risk Dispute Mediation

Structured, neutral mediation for insurance-related and insurance-adjacent disputes, designed to help participants pursue practical resolution before costs and disruption escalate.

In Development — Not Yet Accepting Mediation Matters

This service is in development and is not currently accepting mediation matters. Availability will depend on mediator training and credentials, conflict review, professional-liability coverage, jurisdictional requirements, and matter suitability. Submitting an expression of interest does not create a mediator relationship, and you should not submit confidential or substantive dispute information at this stage.

What the engagement covers

ISPG is developing a national private mediation service focused on insurance agency and client disputes, alleged producer errors and omissions, policy procurement and communication disputes, property-owner and contractor matters, condominium and community-association insurance disputes, and small-business insurance and risk matters. Service availability will remain subject to mediator training and credentials, conflict review, professional-liability coverage, jurisdictional requirements, matter suitability, and written agreement by all participants. ISPG does not represent either participant, decide the dispute, provide legal advice, or guarantee settlement.

Typical work product

  • Structured pre-mediation intake and conflict review
  • Neutral virtual mediation process
  • Documented participation and confidentiality framework
  • Resolution or closing record, as appropriate
